I specialize in women with ADHD, anxiety, and burnout. If you your mind feels constantly busy, scattered, or overloaded, and it’s hard to stay focused or feel on top of daily life, I might be a good fit for your needs. You’re probably juggling responsibilities and caring for others, often while feeling exhausted or burned out. You might wonder why things that seem easy for others feel so hard for you. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and things can change!

Since 2011, I’ve been helping women navigate anxiety, ADHD traits, and burnout so they can feel more grounded and in control of their lives. My approach is feminist at its core and is also LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and HAES-affirming and culturally responsive. I integrate mind-body, cognitive-behavioral, and attachment-based techniques and skills for change.

I provide virtual therapy to California, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Florida. I take Aetna, Optum, Carelon, and BCBS of Massachusetts insurance plans and provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. I look forward to connecting with you!
