Lois Hughes is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Indiana who has been practicing since 2000. She has a Masters in Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Mental Health. Lois provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and pharmacologic management with supportive counseling. Outside of work, Lois enjoys rug hooking and primitive rug hooking, sewing, and embroidering. She loves spending time with her husband, Mike, and playing with their dog, Bear.

Katera Huff is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana who has been practicing since 2008. She has a BA in Sociology from Drake University and an MSW from IU School of Social Work. Katera uses a strengths-based approach with elements of CBT and DBT to address clients' mental health. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat trauma and PTSD. Jenny has almost three decades of experience caring for children, adolescents, and young adults. She graduated from Indiana University in 1993 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and again in 2001 with her Master of Science in Nursing. In 2018, she became a Certified Pediatric Mental Health Specialist. Jenny is double certified in pediatrics and pediatric mental health. She has provided care for infants, children and adolescents as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for 20 years. Jenny has extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavior concerns, and sleep problems. She is able to assess, diagnose, and manage mental health and behavioral concerns. She collaborates with other members of the mental health team for optimal patient outcomes.

Rachel Jarrett
Rachel (she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker whose passion is helping people overcome challenges so they can continue to lead joy-filled lives. Her therapeutic modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, brainspotting (Phases 1 and 2), and a strengths-based perspective. She earned her master’s degree in Multi-Generational Practice from the University of Washington in 2020. Since then, she has worked with families and served patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and independent living communities receiving hospice care. She has experience supporting children and teens in school environments, including those who are neurodivergent, navigating complex family dynamics, or facing social and peer-related challenges. She has also worked with youth through teaching dance and martial arts. Rachel is committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space and seeks to empower clients to overcome adversity, believing that some form of progress is always possible with the right support and encouragement.

Abby Lawson (she/her) is a licensed mental health counselor associate who fosters a warm, engaging, and growth-focused environment in the therapy room.
